• Details you submit when requesting a case study: name, email, phone and company.

• Campaign information (for example UTM tags) that shows how you found us, sent along with a form.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss our services.
• To send you the case study you requested and follow up about it.
• To assess job applications.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.
• To understand which channels bring visitors to the site.

We do not sell your personal data.

How forms are handled

Form submissions are sent to our team by email and are not stored in a database on this website. CVs are attached to that email and are not kept on the website server. We use service providers to host the site, deliver email and block spam. They process data only to provide those services.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, it will not use cookies or track you across other websites.

How long we keep data

We keep inquiry emails, including case study requests, for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. We keep job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@cilwo.in.
